Long exposure shots can look really great. I was experimenting with long exposures last Fall when I was in Colorado. Trying to capture pictures of the stars with star trails. The Pentax K-x can be set to a maximum 30 second exposure, or “bulb” mode. Bulb mode allows you to expose your photographs as long as you want.
